Guild Guidelines
Eternal Guild Guidelines
RESPECT
First and foremost, every member of Eternal should treat each other with respect. We are a team, therefore we should act like one. We ask that each member treat each other with the same respect that they would like to receive.

AIDING ONE ANOTHER
A member of Eternal should always be willing to aid one another. This could be by inviting a member into your group, helping a member out with a quest, or providing advice on class specs. Remember, the guild is only as strong as our weakest member.

GUILD ALLIES
We will treat all allies of the guild with the same respect that we would treat a fellow guild member. If for some reason an ally does not warrant our respect, contact an officer before action is taken.

EQUIPMENT
Eternal is not in the business of equipping individuals with high end gear. We are in the business of equipping the guild. Begging/ninja looting will not be tolerated.

ALTERNATE CHARACTERS
Alternate characters are allowed and encouraged in the guild. If your max level main or alt that was equipped during guild runs leaves for another guild, the officer team has the right to remove all of your characters. This is done on a case by case basis.

LEAVING THE GUILD
If a member leaves the guild, either voluntarily or through the decision of the officers, then all of your alternate characters must leave the guild (exceptions can apply on a case by case basis). If a member of the guild sells his or her account, we ask that you remove your guild tag before doing so.
IN-GUILD DIFFICULTIES
If you are having difficulties, problems or concerns or there is some disturbance that would create an aggressive situation that would cause you to rashly quit the guild, please take the time to either talk to the members involved or another officer before doing anything so hasty. We do not make a practice of re-inviting folks who have mistakenly removed themselves from the guild in anger. MOST PROBLEMS CAN BE WORKED OUT! Remember: guild chat, forums and Ventrilo are not the place to voice your aggression; you must speak to an officer, who will try to resolve the problem. Remember, there are always three sides to any story. It is an officer’s duty to listen to the facts, and not blindly side with anyone.

LISTEN TO THE OFFICERS
If an officer asks you to do something, please do your best to do it in a timely fashion. You may not agree with what is being asked, but there is a reason (which may not be known to you at that exact moment).

RAID CONDUCT
In a raid, we are expected to conduct ourselves in a professional manner. You must listen to the Raid Leader and Class Leads at all times and pay attention. Remember, 90% of the time the people who die on raids or who cause raids to fail are the ones who do not listen to what’s going on. In order to attend a raid, you are required to review our Raid Guidelines.

HAVE FUN!
This is by far the most important rule. The game should be entertaining, not a chore. We are all here to have fun. If you have any ideas on how we can have more fun as a guild, let us know!
